Large carved and painted giltwood trumeau mirror.
A fine carved giltwood mirror, circa 1780, the cresting centered by carved leafage above a basket and musical instruments, the sides carved with beads and foliage. Original mercury glass mirror in two parts (divided mirror plate). Some small repairs. Slight gilt and gesso loss.
H 180 cm. W 98 cm.
