Shipping

  • If in stock, orders are handled within 5 business days following confirmation of the order at the latest, after which the products ordered shall be submitted for delivery by the transport company. For deliveries to arrive within The Netherlands it may take up to 5 days and outside of Europe up to 2 weeks. Please notify TERTIUS COLLECTION if you still have not received your purchase after 3 weeks at webshop@tertius.nl
  • Some items are shipped directly from our supplier or are made to order.In this case, you will be notified how long it will take for your purchase(s) to reach you at which stage you may decide to cancel the order and be refunded fully.
  • TERTIUS COLLECTION is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments. Any damage needs to be reported asap but within two days (48 hours) accompanied by detailed description of damage and photo's. All domestic and international shipments are sent with a delivery confirmation and if possible a track&trace.
  • All prices include VAT, excluding shipping, if delivered to customers within Europe. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of the purchase. If any mistakes have been made regarding the shipping cost (volume, packaging, crating required) we will contact you.
  • For customers outside of Europe, no VAT will be added (please contact TERTIUS COLLECTION if this applies to you in order for us to send you an invoice without VAT ). Additional charges/ import duties may apply in your own country.
