Design inspired on an artwork by Salvador Dalí:

'Interpretation Project for a stable-library' - 1942

Limited Edition of 20 unique pieces in white and 1 in black.

Stuffed lamb, elaborated with a technique by a taxidermist.

87 x 71 h. cm — 34,2 x 27,9 h. in

Based on an original 1942 design by the late legend Salvador Dalí — the painting “Interpretation Project for a stable library” — Barcelona designer Oscar Tusquets Blanca and BD Barcelona Design Studio have conceived this stunning lamb-table of 21 limited editions (20 white & 1 black). Covered in sheepskin by Parisian taxidermist Deyrolle, with whom Dalí maintained an intense relationship during his life, “Xai” has a little drawer and a set of shoes in bronze. Deyrolle certifies that the sheep skins used for the production of these pieces come from a slaughter house which is a meat supplier, and no animal sacrifice has been made.
