Discovered in the Brazilian mines of Minas Gerais, where the nicest quality of Rock crystal is mined. This huge quartz tip of more than 43 kg has a remarkable brilliance. The main tip is accompanied by two other crystals that fortunately did not reach the same size! They formed underground more than 100 million years ago, several kilometres deep, in very hot water: between 250 and 850 degrees Celsius. They arrived in their current position with the Cretaceous uprising about 100 million years ago. And on this brass base… in 2021!
